Nordmark Renamed

The business of Nordmark Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG has developed significantly positively in recent years. This has prompted the management and shareholders to set the course to facilitate further future-oriented investment programmes and to undertake a reorganisation under company law within the Nordmark Group.

In the course of this reorganisation, the entire pharmaceutical operations of Nordmark Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG was transferred to Nordmark Pharma GmbH on January 29th, 2021.

This reorganisation became legally effective upon entry in the commercial register. Nordmark Pharma GmbH will continue the pharmaceutical operations unchanged and without restrictions.

We look forward to a continued trusting and successful cooperation with our customers, suppliers and service providers.
