Besides investment in our future oriented projects, a substantial amount of financial resources flow into the modernisation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
We provide our staff with state-of-the-art equipment and have the most modern laboratories and production facilities, which meet all GMP guidelines.
You can flexibly arrange your working hours without regard to core periods, except if you work in shifts. Flexible time off can also be arranged in consultation with your team and supervisor.
The regular working week at Nordmark comprises 38.5 hours of which, each week, you can allocate one hour to make up to six free days, which you can use for more time off, for example before or after holidays.
As a Nordmark employee, you will be able to take advantage of medical services even outside of the occupational medicine framework. Our company doctor will provide advice for acute health problems or travel vaccinations and will even provide the vaccinations if required.
