Werner Creutzfeldt Doctoral Scholarship 2026

Once again, this year, too, the Werner Creutzfeldt PhD Scholarship, worth €5,000, was awarded at the annual conference of the German Pancreas Club (DPC), held from 5 to 7 March 2026 in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.

The project submitted by this year's award winner, Ms Clara Müller, was selected for funding by a jury of experts from a large number of applications. The title of the project, which Ms Müller is working on as a medical doctoral student at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Surgery at TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar, is: ‘Neural Regulation of Natural Killer Cell Suppression in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma’.
