This highly purified collagenase grade is used for isolation of sensitive cells and guarantees high yields and viability. In combination with Neutral Protease NB (Cat. no. S3030112) Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade is especially applicable to isolation of pancreatic islets of Langerhans from different species like human or pig.

Contains chromatographically highly purified class I and class II collagenase (1).
Largely free from clostripain, trypsin-like protease and neutral protease.

Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade is often used in combination with Neutral Protease NB (Cat. No. S3030112). If the application meets GMP requirements, Nordmark offers Collagenase NB 1 GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0002937) that can be used in combination with Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0002936). Nordmark also offers animal-free products, Collagenase AF-1 GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0003554) and Neutral Protease AF GMP Grade (Cat. No N0003553) which are completely free of any animal based components excluding the risk of transmission of potential animal-derived pathogens.
