Creating freedom with flexible working time arrangements

Aside from shift work, you can flexibly arrange your working hours in consultation with your team and your supervisor without core hours. Flexible time withdrawals are also possible.

Our regular working week is 38.5 hours. You save one hour per week for up to six company-defined bridge days and thus for more free time.
