Metalloprotease suitable for tissue dissociation applications. For cell isolation Neutral Protease NB is used in combination with purified Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade (Cat. no. S1745503) as well as Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade (Cat. no. S1745401) or Collagenase NB 8 Broad Range (Cat. no. S1745601).
For research use only. If cells are intended for transplantation into humans, Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade (Cat. no. N0002936) is recommended.
Contains chromatographically purified neutral protease.

Neutral Protease NB is often used in combination with Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade (Cat. No. S1745503). Neutral Protease NB can also be used with Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade (Cat. No. S1745401) or Collagenase NB 8 Broad Range (Cat. No. S1745601), as well. If the application meets GMP requirements, Nordmark offers Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0002936), which can be used in combination with Collagenase NB 1 GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0002937). Nordmark also offers animal-free products, Neutral Protease AF GMP Grade (Cat. No N0003553) and Collagenase AF-1 GMP Grade (Cat. No. N0003554) which are completely free of any animal based components excluding the risk of transmission of potential animal-derived pathogens.
