The technology and equipment for a full range of semisolid dosage forms is available to our customers. Nordmark has the facilities for manufacturing gels, emulsion-based ointments, and more hi-tech suspension-based ointments (e.g. hemorrhoid ointments) in commercial batch sizes of 500 and 1000 kg followed by filling into tubes prior to final packaging.

In addition to the usual solutions, Nordmark also manufactures special preparations by maceration technology using high performance filter press systems. The facilities for manufacture under explosion protection conditions are also in place. A sterile filtration option is available to maintain stability. Batch sizes of up to 8 000 liters ensure that the price is right.
